PWO Fitness Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

International Shipping:
- We also ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery usually takes 9–15 business days. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Order Issues & Lost Packages:
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at pwofitness30@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist with filing a claim.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying any additional import fees.
